At HOTEL COMA, we accept pets (dogs and cats) with a supplement of €10.00/pet per night, and under certain rules to ensure good coexistence with the other guests staying at the hotel:
ARRIVAL AND ACCESS TO THE HOTEL
Upon arrival at the hotel, your pet must remain outside until check-in and key collection.
Pets must enter the hotel via the garage, which has an elevator that goes directly to the rooms.
PET-FREE AREAS
Pets are not allowed in the hotel’s public areas (reception, bar, restaurant, etc.), all located on the ground floor.
Pets are allowed on the restaurant and bar terrace, but only while you are eating or drinking there. Access is via the exterior stairs that lead directly to the terrace, never through the restaurant or bar.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Pets cannot be left alone in the room under any circumstances, except during breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you are eating at the hotel.
If you would like a blanket for your pet, please let us know before your arrival.
If your pet causes any damage to the hotel, the responsibility lies with the guests staying with the pet.
