Cancellation and refund policy

Reservations made through this website are guaranteed by credit card (only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted). Failure to check in or cancellation outside the indicated timeframe will result in an automatic charge equivalent to one night’s stay, except for non-refundable offer reservations, in which case the total cost of the stay will be forfeited.

If a charge has been made and the cancellation is made within the established period, the amount will be fully refunded to the user.


Jurisdiction

In the event of a claim between the parties, it will be submitted to the courts of the Principality of Andorra.
